1. Return Eligibility

You may return any item purchased from our website within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, including any tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • The product must not be a final sale item or a product exempted from returns (e.g., custom-made products, perishable goods, or opened personal hygiene items).

Please note that return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Once the return window has passed, we will not be able to process a return or refund.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  4. Ship the returned item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return arrives safely. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any discounts applied to the original order may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the defective item and offer a replacement or refund. 5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Opened personal hygiene products, including face masks, skincare, and other health-related items.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

8. Restocking Fees

In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to returned items, especially for large or bulky products. The applicable fee will be communicated to you upon approval of your return request.
